Nh Collection Salzburg City Hotel, Salzburg

The hotel looks a bit run down compared to other NH properties, but it had everything we needed. However, the rooms were uncomfortably warm at night due to the split A/C, which was excellent in causing us a long-lasting headache but horrible in cooling.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean despite ongoing renovations, but they were a bit dated and too hot. The service was helpful and friendly, but the staff could be more hospitable and attentive. The location was nice and quiet, although slightly hard to reach the old city. The dining was fabulous with a great selection, but breakfast started late. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

The hotel rooms were not up to par with expectations as there was dust on the fire detector, finger traces on the window, and a smell of smoke throughout. The size was inadequate for a family of four, leading to additional room costs. However, the service was friendly and efficient with a rich and tasty breakfast. The location, though not in the central part of town, was convenient for exploring Salzburg. The dining experience was mixed, with excellent choices but at an expensive additional charge. Facilities were adequate but did not stand out.

The hotel is located at the edge of the old town, offering a quiet atmosphere yet providing easy access to Salzburg's main attractions. The rooms, though small for a NH hotel, are very spacious and comfortable. The service was attentive and helpful, with a staff that was friendly and accommodating. The dining options, while slightly expensive, offered a fabulous selection. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall value for money was solid.

My stay at the Salzburg NH hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and beautifully furnished, suffered from noise at night due to parties. The cleanliness and stylish toiletries in the lovely bathroom were great, but my specific room was not impressive.
